Located across the street from the 13th Street exit of the U Street / Cardozo / African-American Civil War Memorial Metrorail station (Green Line), just two doors to the east of Ben's Chili Bowl.

Small audiences, good for the timid. Great German and Belgian beers.

The Saloon is a 501(c)(3) non-profit bar which raises funds for underserved populations throughout the world (including the US). The foundation has built over 20 schools, as well as medical centers, and improvements to homes.
